Art of noticing - introduction

 In a world that moves faster every day, small moments and wins just seem to be unnoticed.

Yet these subtle moments – the quiet passes, the soft patterns, the fleeting expressions – that  life reveals its truest beauty

Thoughts come and go like passing clouds – some gentle, some heavy, some repetitive without us even realizing it

Noticing the thought patterns is about pausing long enough to observe the rhythm of our inner world

I am going to use this place to review and reflect the thoughts in my brain and be more aware and mindful and basically make it make sense
